Welcome to PloyThaiBistro this is Ploy writing to our lovely customers and readers!
We are a family-run business with a couple running the kitchen, a daughter (the writer of this piece) managing the floor, and a grandma home with the papers… and making the best cheesecake around these parts. Our family arrived in Cle Elum at the beginning of 2018 in hopes of paving a path for ourselves. Living in the city was difficult and making ends meet took more blood, sweat, and tears than we could afford. But this new town gave us a fresh start and luckily we were met with so much kindness and support the past FIVE years of living and working out East. It will be our FIFTH YEAR ANNIVERSARY JULY 3RD 2023, which is such an incredible milestone for us! I remember crying on the first day of opening due to the overwhelming flood of customers we received just for soft opening! We’ve made it past many hurdles and are so grateful to the community for everything it has offered us. Wait to see what is in store for our future!
