We are a family-run restaurant that aims to serve comforting and delicious food to you on your worst or best days. The PloyThaiBistro family consists of a couple running the kitchen, a daughter managing the front, a grandmother at home with the paperwork, and the help of this community to bring forth a welcoming dining experience.
Our family moved from the city to pursue a simpler and less chaotic life in hopes of retaking control of our lives by becoming the bosses instead of working for them. And that is how we arrived in Cle Elum, our safe space and a place we now call home.
The hard workers and kind customers we’ve met on this journey have been a blessing, We are eternally grateful for the support garnered over the past 6 years since our first-day opening on July 3rd, 2018. We strive to work efficiently to reach our personal goals and want to continue serving customers our most delicious top-quality food made with love.
There is still a lot of growth to be made here at PloyThaiBistro, but we have learned after surviving the pandemic that success comes with hardships and adapting.
